The easiest way to find your place in the Edgerunners crew probably isn't choosing the coolest jacket. It's seeing what you do when six people are talking over each other, the transport is late, and somebody has already spent money that hasn't arrived yet. Rebecca has an opinion, Pilar has a joke, and Falco would appreciate everyone getting in the car. Somewhere in that conversation is the person you'd become after a week in Night City.
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners gives everyone such a recognizable presence that even a quiet scene can tell you plenty. David has something to prove, while Lucy keeps parts of herself carefully out of reach. Maine takes up space as a leader, and Dorio notices when someone needs more than another confident speech. You don't have to share a character's whole outlook to recognize one of your own habits in them, especially when the crew is doing something as ordinary as waiting around together.
We also need to talk about how differently these people define a good future. For one person, getting ahead means earning recognition; for another, it means finally having enough privacy to choose their own life. Gloria's hopes for David belong in that conversation just as much as the crew's ambitions do. Night City is very good at selling people an idea of success, complete with enormous advertisements, but not everyone wants what's on the billboard. Your answer might be considerably less flashy than the city expects.

Go with what you'd genuinely do instead of collecting answers that sound like your favorite character.
