Copyright Policy
Version 2.0 — Last updated: April 24, 2026
Quizpie respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. We remove content reasonably believed to be infringing and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
User-Generated Content
The Site lets users create and publish quizzes, results, images, descriptions, and other material (“User Content”). Users are responsible for the content they publish. By submitting User Content, a user represents that they own or have all necessary rights to it, and that it does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other right.
If you believe a user's content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice following the DMCA procedure below. See also our Terms of Use, which govern User Content licensing.
AI-Generated Images
Some images on the Site — for example, Pinterest pin images for spinning wheels — are produced on demand by third-party AI models using text prompts and reference images supplied through the Site. The copyright status of fully AI-generated content is unsettled in many jurisdictions and may not be owned by anyone. If you believe an AI-generated image incorporates your copyrighted work without authorization, submit a DMCA notice as described below and we will review.
DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c). The notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed;
- the specific URL(s) on the Site where the allegedly infringing material is located (enough detail that we can find it);
- your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Send notices to our designated Copyright Agent at admin@quizpie.com. Please include “DMCA Notice” in the subject line.
Misrepresentations. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any material misrepresentation in a takedown notice — including claiming infringement for material you do not own or have no authority to represent — may subject you to liability for damages, costs, and attorneys' fees.
Counter-Notice
If your content has been removed or disabled and you believe it was removed in error (for example, because you own the rights, have a license, or the use is fair use), you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Quizpie may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
Send counter-notices to the same email address. If we receive a valid counter-notice and the original complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringers
We terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
